Baby friendly Soundbath
Tuesday, November 3
A gentle, baby-friendly introduction to the restorative experience of sound. This intimate sound bath is designed for parents and caregivers to pause, settle, and experience the soothing vibrations of therapeutic sound alongside their little ones. Expect a soft, welcoming environment with crystal singing bowls and other grounding instruments. Babies are welcome to sleep, wiggle, feed, make noise, or need a break.
