Pink Moon was created with a vision that all women feel seen, supported, and connected throughout motherhood.
In a society that both overextends and undervalues moms, our mission is to empower them to reconnect to and prioritize their health, wellbeing, and identity.
Our flagship studio opens this spring in Bethesda, Maryland, with the goal of simplifying self-care for moms and providing the community, resources, connections, and space needed to actually take a moment for themselves.

A pink moon, sometimes called the “awakening moon”, is a hopeful sign of spring, associated with rebirth and evolution. It symbolizes renewal, reflection, and growth.
Just as each moon phase is unique and beautiful, we honor and celebrate moms throughout all phases of motherhood.
The mental load is real, but our goal is to make it more visible and lighten it together.
We value community and a sense of belonging that thrives on shared experience, honesty, validation, and support.
We partner with a network of women, moms, and businesses to connect our community to the absolute best instructors, providers, services and resources available.
